Peta Jalan Pengembangan Tenaga Kerja Hijau Indonesia

Indonesia’s Green Workforce Roadmap provides a strategic and synergistic framework to ensure its workforce is prepared for the green transition challenges. This document, effective from 2025 to 2045 and aligned with the National Long-Term Development Plan (RPJPN), uses a task-content approach to define green jobs and identify practical skill gaps. It strategically prioritizes eight sectors crucial for achieving Indonesia’s Enhanced Nationally Determined Contribution (ENDC) targets: renewable energy, forestry and land use, industry, waste management, sustainable agriculture, transport, tourism, and coastal/marine. These sectors were chosen for their dual potential to reduce carbon emissions and create inclusive, equitable green employment. Designed for wide adoption across government, industry, education, and civil society, the roadmap establishes the foundation for a sustainable and inclusive green jobs ecosystem.
