The Ministry of Cooperatives explains on the potential of the Koperasi Desa Merah Putih (KDMP) to accelerate the national energy transition by participating in the strategic national project for the development of 100 GW of Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Plants across all Indonesian villages. With more than 81,000 cooperatives, this initiative is projected to generate extensive employment opportunities while simultaneously contributing to Indonesia’s establishment of a sustainable and more equitable future.
